What's everybody have in the works for winter projects?

Well it looks like winter is here for good. At least in New England it is. Just wondering what everyone has in the works for winter projects on there bikes.
For me I'm getting rid of the original swing arm Cleve blocks and replacing them with bearings from Custom Cycle Engineering. I'm going to replace the rear rubber mounts and the front motor mount too. Todd

I am building a new fatboy front wheel as we speak. Also on my dyna the turn signal relocation kit just broke.....sooooo I have to fix that

I don't have any projects that I can afford to do right now.
I guess I'll just ride.

a good cleaning and service for both bikes ... put new speaker cloth on the '96 and try to fix one of the speaker mounts ... on the trike, relocate the front turn signals and install home made wind deflectors on the forks ... other than that blow snow when I have to

Complete upgrade of the brake system is the main thing. Also upgrade of internals of the forks.

I have everything in boxes just need to decide when to do it.

I almost forgot. Need new tires. Back is worn kind of bad. Front is worn a lot but not terrible. Might as well change both while everything is apart.

before getting back on the road in spring I plan to change the fork oil an rear brake fluid an install a set of works softail shocks I got off ebay. I was working on an aftermarket bat wing for the fatboy but I may just sell that off an go with a windshield.

I plan on going to a 150 wide rear tire...I was going to wait until next winter but I might go ahead an do it this winter/spring so I can change out the shocks with the wheel off.

I already completed my winter work. Added an engine guard and soft lowers, and beach bars to my FLSTC. I can ride all year round but in the Winter I only do about 10% of the riding I do the rest of the year.

My stator went south. New one is in a box waiting to go in.

New rear tire is waiting too. As soon as I finish the house, I'm going to dig in.

Once she's up on the jack, I'll probably dig into the forks and see about some upgrades. Probably Ricor Intimators and springs. Haven't decided.

Anyway, all that is about a month out. That's about how long I've got left on the house stuff.

Had a few good ideas for the bike, but... My car needs a new floor, bad. I really need to get the floor in, new sound deadening and carpet. If I have extra cash and time I'm going the ev13 route and respraying the tins in the paint I have leftover. Would like a color change but ehh.
