1985 Electra glide won't turnover
 

Bikes got a hot battery. Turn switch on, kill switch on, and it does absolutely nothing when I hit the starter. I've cleaned all the connections to the starter, solenoid, relay, and breaker. Still does nothing. I'm also noticing that the instrument lights dim in and out when I turn the switch on. I'm confused as where to start my search,lol. Thanks

Check the circuit breakers those do go bad, will show voltage but won't take a load.

Bad starter relay maybe

Try turning the bars side to side while holding start, move wires around. Had this happen on a '96 once & turned out to be a bad wire.

Many times I have found a bad ground to be the culprit with this same scenario, but don't rule the starter out either.
