Doc Bailey's Black works great on scuffed or faded black leather. It is a leather conditioner with black dye mixed in. I've used it on seats, bags, jackets, etc with excellent results.

Those bags are a big improvement with just the conditioner. I was not aware of the Doc Baileys product and going to give it a try. It looks like it will kill 2 birds with one stone.
