sorry to sound a bit harsh bro, but it seems stupid from the MoCo to have a 96 evo reappear when they've spent so much developing the twinkies...
if it were to reapear it would have a twikinkie, no 96 evo...
if that do happens, I'll be the first to stand corrected
You never know...remember the FXR2, FXR3m etc., after the FXR was discontinued. All with EVOs during the dawn of the Twin Cam era. History does repeat itself sometimes...especially with the Motor Company.
I have to admit that what u say is true, but then again, a rebirth of the evo engine would be more fitted to a new Nostalgia model, rebirth of both of them... that would be nice.but either way,I don't think they'll be introducing such a big new evo engine... single cam engine in a 96" configuration? that doesn´t sound like a solid proposition... even if they did it... would it keep up to the original?
the bikes looks might.. but the heart?
In my opinion, it's better to leave those models off the line... they become more valuable and appreciated... such as the BadBoy
Ok, here is some info.... Harley will be looking at using Oil Cooled cylinder heads on their existing twin cam motors. Like I said before, it works, and allows the use of existing components. Been there done that. Good results. Don
Yea Mike, gotta say, its funny... But, as for my dreams, I cant say they ever have $20k price tags on them... Apparently, I'm getting to be one of those old crotch-ity guys that dont like modern bikes.. Gimme a 15yr old EVO any day...
