What's my old engine worth

Hi all,
I have an 80" EVO with 74K miles on it, it has a new set of lifters, a S&S Super E carb.
What's this engine worth? I have a guy asking about it and I don't know what is a fair price.

Seems like folks are asing anywhere from $1200 to $1800.

This one sold for $1500

mine with bore-out cases, cheap big bore kit, edelbrock heads and S&S super E kit went for $1500
