14 sgs exhaust glows red
 

I have a 2014 street glide special with 18000 miles on it and no mods other than Rinehart slip ons. I took a 1400 mile trip this weekend. if I roll more than 80 mph my pipe on the right side just before the split off glows cherry red. Has anyone else had this problem? I'm thinking the catalytic converter?

You think so? I was gonna cut my converter out either way. Kinda trying to wait for tuning till after I get a programmer.

Your bike is literally suffocating. You might want to look into a full stage one, especially as you ride quite a bit, it'll make your bike and by proxy, your life more enjoyable. Head pipes, air cleaner, tuner, dynoed...the usual. Good luck and keep us posted.
