Is anyone here running the competition baffles in their V&H Twin Slash Cut Slip-ons? How much louder is it than the standard baffle?

 

Check and see if they provide their quite baffle for those slip-ons. I loved my last set of V&H true duals on my last bike. Weren't too loud at all. I am running Chrome Works Slip-ons on my Heritage now and they are great. Perfect sound for me.

 

Yes, they do have the quiet baffle but I am looking for a little more dB. I don't want to remove the packing from the standard baffles, It would be faster and easier to have two sets, Standard and Competition baffles. Just a few minutes to swap them out.

 

I have the V&H 3" slash slipons with standard baffle but there is no packing around it. It`s just a metal tube with curved diagonal cuts in the sides.
