effective heat reduction ??
Just saw this product mentioned and wondering if anyone has heard it/tried it in working with header pipes on HD.
Eastwood Hi-Temp Internal Exhaust Coating w/extension tube
Item #13795Z (http://www.eastwood.com/ew-hi-temp-i...ension-tu.html)
I'm playing with de-catting/replacing head pipes on new LR and considering using this - for $20 it's no big loss but wanted to see if anyone has had experience with it.
Also, in addition to heat reduction how would it effect performance (if at all)?
Thanks!!

As stated, don't waste your money on that stuff, or on 'decatting' your stock head pipes. Get a good set of aftermarket ceramic coated head pipes...The ceramic coating will not have any effect you will notice on the performance, it will just keep the heat ion the pipe and move it out the mufflers....
