Need help identifying Harley parts.
Hello,
I recently inherited some of my dad's really nice harley motorcycle exhaust pipes. The problem is, I am CLUELESS as to what kind they are. Can someone tell me what the best way to identify them is? is there a serial number somewhere that I am missing. I am pretty sure my dad drive a v-rod for some time, and then a roadster, but I am sure that these are not stock. Any guidance on the path I need to take to identify these parts is greatly appreciated. I could even post a pic if someone is willing to help me. Thanks so much! |

Welcome to HDF. We think much better with pics! You'll be surprised just how many exhaust systems there are for Harleys, so pics will help, even better if they are on the bike they came off.

Here are some pics. My dad had two different bikes: a v-rod and streetglide. He sold them, but kept these pipes. I am thinking he did bc he may have put the stock pipes back on the bikes when he sold them. Any idea the value of them?

Those are all stock pipes, they are not worth anything...

Yeah. they're not worth much at all. Maybe around $25-40 a set.

Scrap value at best.
