Looking to make a few engine mods and my builder/dyno man is telling me to get a fullsac header to replace my V&H Power duals. He said that the placement of the cats, right in front of the 2 1 2 makes it real tricky to tune. I like the V&H and really don't want to lay out the $$$ to change to another header just for a couple of HP difference.
Has anyone decatted the power duals? Is it effective, will it make tuning easier and make more power? Or should I just leave it as is?
I have a 103 -w- cams, heads, SERT, header. I'm changing the heads and cams to get more low/mid power.
