I've got a 200 Road King and when I fill it all the way up with gas, some gas leaks out of the bottom of the tank, along the wires that come down, right under the gas gauge. The gas only leaks when it is on the jiffy stand, when I pull the bike upright, the leaking stops.

I presume these wires are power supply for the fuel gauge. Has anyone else heard of this problem? Is there a seal under the fuel gauge that might be bad? Thanks for the help!

 

Seemed to have fixed the problem myself - popped out the fuel gauge then just tightened the torx-head screws holding down the seal around the top of the fuel level sending unit. Thanks anyway.
