Installed a Fuel Moto head pipe but the front cylinder had a slight leak. I pulled the pipe back off and in the process damaged the crossover pipe gasket.

I'm using the flat or square exhaust manifold gaskets this time vs the flat copper ones that didn't seal for me.

I'm wondering , since I've never installed one , is there any special tricks to installing the cross over pipe gasket ? Tips on the manifold gasket install also appreciated.
