Default True duals rear head pipe

Hey guys. '05 Ultra with true dual, but not exactly sure who's head pipes they are. Problems is the rear pipe keeps coming loose at the head. I've tightened it down 2 X already ( bottom nut is a BI*&H) and I am concerned about tightening down more. I have not actually removed the pipe yet to check the gasket for damage, but it doesnt seem to have a leak, which odd, but if you grab the pipe it moves at the head. .

1). Could a damaged gasket be why the pipe keeps coming loose ?

2). Is there supposed to be another support bracket somewhere on that rear head pipe between the head and the muffler hanger ?

Have you tried to double-nut the exhaust flange bolts?

I found what it was. There is a little L bracket that is held in place at the heat shield clamp, it had cracked in half and was allowing the head pipe to bounce around and loosen up at the head. Got out the ol' wire feed and welded it back together.
