The longer the exhaust the quiter it can be for the rider. The quiet baffles work for the big radius, but with the openings close to the rider, it will still be louder than long pipes

You'll get a 2-3 db reduction in sound with the quiet baffles.
Probably the best 2-1 for you would be the Supertrapp. It has removable discs in the end cap and you can adjust the sound level for however you like it. Also, it makes very good power.

They do make:

"SuperTrapp 2:1 Silent Series help return your bike to near stock levels without returning to stock performance. If you want your neighbors to speak to you tomorrow, these are the pipes for you. Available for Softails and 230 and 250 Wide Tire Customs in a tunable, disc-based Chrome Megaphone Body or a non disc-based Straight Body."

Contact them direct to ask if it will fit your bike.

What 'top oil line'?! As I suggested above, contact Supertrapp with any queries regarding fitting your bike.

I no zero about the supertrapp, but I do know that in addition to the slightly wider frame, and wider primary, and significantly wider swingarm, the Rocker and Breakout use completely different lines to the oil bag than every other bike, and I could see them possibly causing interference depending on how the exhaust was routed.

Check their website, to find the quote I gave you above. They say their system fits! Contact them for confirmation. You could call into the Softail section, where there are bound to be members who can give you first hand experience.
