Been riding with these for a few days and they are definitely louder than the stock setup. Nice seep tone, too. And, haven't noticed any loss on low end torque.

BEST Bang for the Buck!

When combined with Fullsac "D" X-Pipe (Twin Cam) or MX-Pipe (M8), Fullsac CVO Baffles of choice, Fullsac Baffle Screens (holds baffle packing) and TTS Mastertune Turner will provide great sound and performance that's proven time and time again!

Not sure what the baffle screens are intended to do... it just holds the packing around the outer inside diameter of the muffler? Better for sound?
Wouldn't it perform better if it was wrapped around the baffle?

Yes, and it just seemed to quiet it down.

Correct. They keep the packing in place. Some folks will reuse 1/2 of the original packing to help keep the sound from being so tiny sounding. The screens also keep the packing from disappearing through the tailpipe. The packing as it gets old and burnt, can spilt out.

I got burned on the first set, turned out to be a right 2018 CVO muffler and a left 2016 CVO muffler.

Will you share the source of the faulty set? You can PM me if you don't want to post it. I'm possibly in the market and would appreciate your input.
