S&S Power Tune
 

I just bought the S&S Power Tune exhaust for my 13 Super Glide Custom, it comes with headers and pipes with installed baffles. I am running the SE stage 1 intake. Should I get a tuner or have Harley upload the stage one to my bike? I have been looking at the Cobra closed loop tuner which seems to be affordable and user friendly. Additionally how hard is it to replace the headers on a twin cam? Any info helps, thanks.
