I have an S&S 107" in my old Glide and ran TDs on it for a while, before swapping to a Supermegs 2-into-1. I had my bike dyno-tuned by the same shop for both systems. The headline numbers for max HP and TQ were similar for both, not enough to argue over, however that is only part of the story. The TDs had a significant dip in the torque curve in the mid-rev range, where many of us will spend a lot of time riding. The Supermegs put that right, with up to 15% increased TQ, but gives much smoother running - its like having a different engine!
