Default Nightstick slip ons / SuperTrapp plates

Hi y'all. 2015 ultra classic with nightstick slip ons. They are the SuperTrapp style with discs and a solid end cap. Any suggestions on removing the plates when the screws are all stripped? Also the screws on the bottom of the muffler are stripped too.

Aren't you lucky?

That's a tough one. You could try to dremel a notch in the screw head and see if you can get a screwdriver to get a good bite. Likely if they are stripped though, they are jammed in there pretty good. Probably the best bet is to weld a bold onto the screw heads. OR, you could try to grind off the heads to remove the discs and then just use some vice-grips to turn the leftover out. You will risk damaging the top disk either way. For the screws on the bottom of the muffler, you will risk damaging the chrome. Personally I would notch, and failing that weld a small bolt to what's left. Grinding the head off would be my last resort.

I ground off the heads removed the disk and used vise grips on them Then just replaced them. Used the good copper never stuff on the . Some times when you add more disks you need lone bolts anyway the come in the kit with disk. Still have some dist around here if anyone needs then Free.

You wouldn't have the part numbers for the 2 screws on the bottom of the exhaust would you?
