Rinehart 4" with 2.5 Baffles
I'm running the 2.5 baffles on a 15 Road King without cats. Its loud. Will 2.25" baffles make much change?

You probably won't notice much of a difference at all . If you were to go with a 1 3/4" or even 2" it would . Wrapping the baffles will also deepen the tone and bring the Db down as well . If you really want to quiet them down , then go with the quiet baffles .

Thank you and nice bike. I will check into wraping them. I have used fireplace door seal before. That worked pretty good.
