Default Tuner required?

I'm running a 2010 FLHX with stock 2 into 1 exhaust. I've wanted to go true duals but the cheapster in me has a hard time dropping the $ into it. My stock muffler was recently damaged and I was looking into replacing just the muffler with a Rinehart slip on. Now the question. If I replace my existing 2 into 1 with Rinehart true duals and slip-ons, without any other mods, will a tuner be required? If so, what would provide the most economical approach?

Only if you change the intake, may want to look at Fulsac's depending on how bad your muffler was damaged. Good luck

If you change the headers, yes 100!
