Need help 2022 Iron 883 baffles won’t come out
 

So today me and a buddy tried removing the baffles from the stock exhaust to try and help it sound a little better as the stock exhaust is way too quiet. We absolutely cannot get them out. We have cut the welds and have tried everything to pull them out and they just won’t budge.

do not think they are designed to come out. it is probably a blind perf tube and some just drill the blind out and it sounds sick and you may introduce things you do not want. bite the bullet and buy aftermarket.

I think that one of the mufflers has a cat, so it won't come out unless you gut the whole can.
Like bustert said, just go with an aftermarket exhaust.
FYI, altering the exhaust will void your warranty.
