engine running hot

Help.Anyone have any ideas why my rear cyl is running 50-60 deq hotter than front cyl?I have tried new intake gaskets and a differant ign module. The bike runs fine just way to hot on rear cyl,I checked for vacum leaks and just about everything I can think of.It used to run within 10 deq of each other. It's a 99 eglide classic 95"Hq heads, cams, hq ign, supertrapp 2-1,40mm cv carb with hq jet kit.Any help or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks Steve

well the rear cyl will run hotter cause it doesnt get as much air as the from one...if your worried about it u can always get a fan that take place of the horn...

Get a oil cooler and then get this. E-Bay Item number: 150257870129&nbsp\\; Works great.
