I used these gaskets when I installed my thunderheaders today on my 2002 Nighttrain.&nbsp\\; They seem to work well and there are no leaks.&nbsp\\; However, I was told by a friend that these gaskets should not be used in twin cam engines because they can not take the heat and they will fail within a 1000 miles.&nbsp\\; He told me that these gaskets should only be used on Shovelheads.
I was just wondering if this was true?&nbsp\\; And if they are safe to use.&nbsp\\;
