D&D Fatcat Baffle Removal

NOW that is funny I was not aware that D&D had instructions using a board nice. You might want to try something a bit stronger than pine, if the baffle has been run for any length of time. I hope that it comes right out for you. We always seem to get the really stuck ones. I have let them sit over night with the PB- blaster on the baffle , and that has helped.

If you use anything harder then pine, it could damage the muffler body.
When I did mine, it took me about 3-5 good slams on the wood to get the baffle moving. Then to put it back in it didn't take too many at all since the wd-40 was spread around well already.
One more tip.............don't worry too much about lining up the holes when putting the quiet baffle in, you can just make sure the baffle is all the way in then drill a new hole using the hole in the body as a guide.
