Default Help with adjusting the tension on my throttle cable...

How do I adjust it. I know how to adjust the idle, but my cable is a little loose on the throttle. It takes a good 1/4 inch turn before it starts to catch. Kinda annoying. Thanks. I'm sure it is a simple deed, but rather hear it before I try figuring it out myself.

It's outlined in the manual pretty good on how to do it. You do it by the adjusters on the cables with bars straight and turn the bars full left and right to check, etc.

Lengthen both cables. Hold the throttle open to its stop.

Adjust the cable until the butterfly is fully open.

Release the throttle, then take up the slack with the return cable.

If the throttle returns slowly add a little slack to the return cable.
