I will also agree that the price is right, and you will notice an increase, BUT after you get a taste for more, they are lackluster at best.

Good question... lol The easy way is to buy adj push rods and cut the old ones out. The cheaper way, but more work, is to remove tank and rockers, this is what I did. Then you need gaskets, possibly new cam tenioners, inner and outer cam bearings, maybe a cam spacer kit... Use b-148 for your inner cam bearings. Its not an easy job, but very doable if you are mechanical and take your time. You will absolutely need a manual!
This will give you an idea. Do a search on replacing or installing cams. Lots of posts about it.
Also search the internet for "oven method" harley cams... This is the method I did so no special tools are required. If you have access to a press that works, Or, take you cams, bearings and cam plate to a dealer and have them press everything together.
