Default Do I have baffles?

May seem like a obvious answer, but I really don’t know what I’m looking at. I bought the bike recently, didn’t bother to ask if the baffles had been removed but i notice its considerably loud...

yep, see that spirally looking thing up there? that's your baffle. if it's considerably loud, you probably don't have a cat in the headpipe.

thank you. Now, without the cat converter, are there any issues in not having one?

A couple of big issues
1 You are breaking Federal law by removing the cat. ( In P.A never heard of anyone checking for the cat.) I replaced the exhaust system the day I bought the bike.

2 The bike will run much cooler and the exhaust will be free flowing restrictive cat in place.
If you replace the air filter with a free flowing setup the bike will mostly be running very lean. Buy a tuner or get it tuned by somewhare other than Harley.

3 You will have more power, the bike will run better, enjoy it.

Welcome to the forum.
How about more info on your bike? It always helps to get you better answers.

I was expecting a “If your bike is 2018 or newer, you just voided your warranty”. Which has become the mantra of some around here. If I’m wrong in my interpretation of the intention of the question, then I apologize.
