I think we need a new forum for the 96ci engine itself. I've read plenty of post and I'm still confused. I need an expert to answer me this.

I mine coal for a living so I'm very aware of EPA regs and penaltys but I also think the amount of total fuel burned on a scoot more than offsets the bike not running as "clean" as an automobile. I'm not trying to build a misquito killer here, I just want to richen it up a bit so it will run cooler and therefore longer.
