Brand New 2020 SGS - Reinhard DBX 4.5" with stock head pipes and intake. Sorry for the poor video - we weren't planning on putting it on YouTube.

If you put on some decent headphones (I have Bose on) it sounds pretty dang good.

Stock to Screamin' Eagle
Picked up a pair of Screamin' Eagle silencers/mufflers to replace the stock exhausts on my XL1200T. Can you believe I picked them up for £50.00!!!!!! I think that's about $75.00.
The Text from the YouTube video I produced, it's only 9 minutes long but gives a 'Before and After'.
I never minded my stock silencers/mufflers on my Harley Davidson XL1200T Sportster Superlow but I've had it for over 2 years now (April 2019, purchased it at 3 years old). As I've got to know more people with Harley bikes, I appreciate the difference in sound between them. I've done quite a bit of research, mostly on YouTube but also reading reviews and motorcycle magazines on-line. I decided that I'd keep an eye open for a pair of Screamin' Eagle slip-on's and last week I found them. An absolute bargain at £50.00, new they can cost over £400.00. I decided I wouldn't fit them myself, I'm not a great mechanic even though videos about it make the fitting look quite straightforward. I asked Aide, at Mantra Motorcycles (right next to the famous Kingsholm RUFC stadium in Gloucester, UK). He was happy to help and I dropped it off on the 15 July. He rang in the morning of the 16th to let me know of a problem - the holes and bolts did not line up, the must be a version made for an older model of bike. He said he could fix it and I have absolute faith in him so I said go ahead. This video is the result, but it is also a before and after comparison. Hope you not only enjoy it but find it useful if you are looking to decide what exhaust(s) to get for your own bike.
