They make a bolt on cylinder with a bigger bore for the EVO's?

He's already got an EV 27 cam and with 40 thou on the bike, plans on "freshening up" his top end. Are there jugs available that are bigger bore than a stock +.030? He's not a racer, but would do well with the extra torque from added displacement. Heavy passenger and travels loaded down with luggage.

Thanks to everybody who replied.
I believe there are 85ci kits out there, cylinders and pistons. Even larger bores require machining the crankcases, which for 3.625 will give 88ci and 3.812 will give 97ci. If your friend wants to be greedy an 89ci stroker kit with those larger bores will give 95ci or 105ci, but things are getting very expensive!

If he wants improved performance, suggest he follows prodrag's advice and get his motor tuned. There are tuners out there who can spend far less of his money than a bigger engine will cost and get him excellent results.

I just got a free 3.625 Wiseco piston kit, is there a bolt on kit for these pistons or do I have to maching the case?

According to Wiseco's catalogue, yes you need to machine the crankcases. Scroll down to 88ci Big Bore Kit. You will also need new cylinders it seems and possibly new crankcases.
