Default 95'' rebuild dyno resalts

I just had my bike dyno'd after installing a set of cyclerama heads and 575 cyclerama cams. My dyno numbers stayed about the sama as they did with stock heads and 204 cams. The only differance is that the torque and horsepower is all there at 3500 rpm. before the change my peak horsepower didn't hit until about 5800 rpm. Is this to be excpected ?

Different air, different temps = different results
Different dynos = different results

As long as the build is done right, and the tune was a complete tune done right........it should be a whole lot better riding bike.

I would have to say that something does not sound right. I would verify cam timing. Sounds like something is off if it's peaking that low.

They did re-tune it and the numbers are a little better. just not what I had hoped, but then again I am 7000 ft above sea level. I can tell that it pulls alot harded at lower rpm's and runs over all better than before. I do believe it is still running a little rich

How much better are the numbers? Is it still peaking horsepower around 3500? Does torque and horsepower fall off hard after 3500? I'm not so much worried about what the actual numbers are just the fact that it peaks at such a low RPM. If both are falling off hard at that point then there is a cylinder filling problem at high rpm's.

peak tq is 95 at 4000 prm and drops to 75 at 6000 rmp. hp peak is 85 at 5600 rpm and drops to 78 at 6200 rpm. at 6200 rpm the tq is at 70.

I would have expected higher peaks. I ran a set of BigBoyz street ported heads with a set of SE204s and they peaked at 94HP/104TQ. If I had spent the money for the Cylcerama stuff, I would not be happy.

BTW, that 204 build hit 90TQ at 2500, peaked at 104TQ at 4000 and didn't drop below 90TQ again until 5500; one of he best running 95s I have put together.
