I took my bike apart this winter and had it repainted.
It is all back together but it will not turn over. Try's but will not go.
Battery is fully charged. When I checked plugs it appears that no fuel is getting to them? I changed the plugs also. Seems like a fuel problem. Any suggestions/help??

 

did you unhook the fuel line from the tank? maybe the line didn't click on all the way? do you hear the fuel pump pressure up when you turn the key on?

 

Is this a carbed or fuel injected bike?

 

if you are saying it will not crank (turn over) meaning the crank shaft is not spinning and pistons not moving and you just here a click,or it moves just a bit, then your battery is bad,ground cable not grounded or bad starter or sylinoid. If the motor is spinning (turning over) then it is 1 of 3 problems spark, fuel. compression, but probably not compression, since it was running before the paint job. your plugs won't get wet if it is not turning over.(fuel has to be sucked into the cylinders)
