I did my 05 Ultra. If you have the service manual and are comfortable following instructions, you shouldn't have any problems. I cut out the push rods and went with adjustable pushrods. It saves a lot of work. Also I replaced the inner bearings and cam bearings. If you do this, (recommended) you'll need the inner cam bearing remover and installer. For the cam bearings, you can freeze the cams and heat the bearings and they'll slide right on. You'll also need to get aligning pins when when re-installing the oil pump.

It is DIY but you have to pay attention to the installation of the tensioner internals. From looking at the little piston and spring, it would appear that the spring goes in the bore of the tensioner body first and then the piston. However, the spring goes in the bore first, then the piston.
You can pull the inner cam bearings with a blind hole puller rented from Auto Zone, no cost if returned undamaged. The new bearings can be installed, carefully, with an old cam shaft. Freeze the bearings over night, apply assembly lube and they will pop right in. Install letters/numbers facing out. After intalled, insert your finger and rotate the rollers to insure none are in a bind.
Aligment pins are nice to have but if you start two of the pump fasteners and snug them up while rotating the crank (plugs out and grounded, trans in 5th,rotate rear wheel) while taking them to finger tight and then to wrench tight, the pump will self align.
More importantly change the oring at the scavenge port; use the later PN, yellow viton oring.

It's a DIY project, but depends on your willingness to be uncomfortable. If you're haven't done this before, there's a learning curve that some may not want to experience. I haven't installed this kit and can't comment on the specifics but there's tons of info on this forum, check it out. You might want to consider replacing your cam and inner cam bearings while you're in there. Good luck with whatever you decide.
