dropping my stock mufflers and header pipes and would like to torque the jug bolts for my new BUB 7 TDX's I'm installing to proper specs instead of cranking them down too much and furkin' up the gaskets, unfortunately I don't have a service manual at the moment but will have one soon.

That's interesting. The shop manual for my 07 Dyna says 60-80 in lbs. I didn't realize there would be such a difference between models for the exhaust flange.

 

That's what I got from the HD 2007 Torque Values PDF for touring models.

But you're right, Dyna section shows 60-80 inch/lbs. Guessing because it shakes more, different rubber mount system?
