Default Exhaust leak from push rod seal?

Yesterday I started my 1995 wide glide and it sounds like I have an exhaust leak from my push rod. It won't stay running as soon as you give it gas it dies. Does this sound like it could be the seal that has blown? Not really spraying oil just a drip down the tube. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds more like a head gasket, or a hole in a piston. Do a leak down test.
