I am in the middle of installing a set of V&H power duals on my 2011 FLHTK. I'm to the point of installing the exhaust port flanges and circlips on the new headers. Problem is, neither of the flanges will slip over the end of the front header pipe. I was able to get a flange over the rear header pipe. Anybody have any suggestions? Please??

Sounds like the flange hole needs to be opened up slightly. Is it bent?

If the pipe is very clean and the flange not bent and it still almost but not quite slips on you could try getting it very hot in the oven and keep pipe cool or even keep some ice on the pipe....be ready...quickly....oven mitt handy... see if it slips over

Next would be some patient rubbing inside flange with a roll of emory cloth.
