1995 FLHTC EVO, REMOVED SNAP RINGS BUT PINS DON't slip out. They slide back and forth but stop at grooves. I've workec on 1995 softail after removing circlip pins slide right out. Anyone help?

 

There is just a burr at the groove, probably from the last intallaler. Use an appropriate size socket and an extension and push it out; it will go.
