I have rebuilt a buddy's cam tensioners with the Cyco kit. Not very difficuot to do at all, especially with the Cyco anvil tool. They don't have enough miles on them to report on longevity but they are supposed to be made of better material.

You probaboy know this already, but it wouod be a good idea to replace the inner cam bearings while you're in there. They are cheap & you can get a bearing puller from AutoZone using their tool loan deal. You may also want to make sure you have the HD tool for unloading the tensioners. It's a sort of socket that holds the tensioners allowing you to rorate them against the spring pressure. I did the job without that tool, but I will get it before doing the job again.
