Default Valve Seal Replacement

Got a quick question for anyone out there. I'm installing new valve seals. The new seals are Manley's, and they are a little different than stock. The stock seals are a metal sleeve that slides onto the top of the guide, the Manley's are actually plastic (rubber?) on the interior part of the seal, which is surrounded by a spring clip. My question is: should I still use some sort of adhesive on the new seals? the manual states green loctite for the originals, but these being different, I'm not sure. BTW, the bike is an 02 Electraglide. Thanks!!

Don't see how Loctite will help with a plastic seal. I would call Manley and make sure you have the correct seal and what is the correct install procedure.
