I've never had problems until recently,but,now,I can't access the site from my Samsung Galaxy.
The page will just time out without loading.This site is the only site I am having trouble with & it just started about 2 to 3 weeks ago.
Nothing has changed on my end that I'm aware of.It works fine from my PC.


Any thoughts,suggestions ???

 

The site was insanely slow yesterday and for the last few days.

 

I can't get access at all. It has always worked great,but,now,& for the past few weeks,i can't get on at all. Not a single time I've tried.

Some will say to log out, clear your cookies and log back in. When my iPad is slow, I restart it and it works better. As for a phone, no clue how to do that. But try logging out and see what happens.

 

OK. I'll give that a try. From my PC at work,it always shows my current activity as "activating registration".

 

Logged out on the PC & cleared cookies,then logged back in.Can't access site from phone to do the same. No matter how I try,wether I use the link in my favorites,from google search,or,typing in site address,the page will not load.Only this site tho.I can pull up any & every other site without problems.

 

Who do I need to get in touch with to try to resolve this problem,or,get some idea as what to do?
I don't feel like it's an issue with my phone,or,I would be having problems with other sites as well.This is the only site that will not come up.It will load between 50 to 80% & then just stop,no matter what.
It has always worked fine up until approx. 2 wks ago.
