Resizing pics for posting to this forum
What's the best free way to resize pics for profile pic or signature pic for posting here?

I use this program, originally written by a Microsoft employee and used to be offered via Microsofts PowerToys...it was taken over by this guy and re-released for newer versions of Windows.
Here are 2 links to the same program.
Wonderfully easy to use, right click a pic (or group of pics)..select size...select if to overwrite or lay down next to originals.
