No permission to post?
 

Hey guys, I registered on this site a few weeks ago and I wanted to post something in the WTB and For Sale section of the classifieds but when i try it says my account does not have permission to do so.

What do I need to do in order to be able to post in those forums?

You Have To Be An Active Member To Use This Forum. You Have To Have Been A Member For At Least 30 Days And Have At Least 5 Posts (Unrelated To The Classified Section) To Be Considered An Active Member.

Which I'd be willing to bet that a large percentage of members do not read. At any rate, anyone who's participated in any kind of online forum should know that most of them have rules similar to this. Most require X amount of posts or time as a member to have certain parts of the site available to you. To keep spammers & trolls at bay I suppose.

The rules are there. Don't read them....take your chances.

Like it's been said and it's in the Forum Rules and on the first page of the Classified Section.

You need to have 5 posts and be a member for 30 days before you can post any sort of ad. This was explained in the HD Forums rules you were required to read when you joined. It's also posted at the top of the Classified section.

hey guys is there a place on the forum to post some items for sale? I have several 2017 stock Road Glide parts I'd like to sell if possible?

Why yes, it's called the Classified section. Just scroll down farther from the main menu.
