If you don't have ad blocker or pause it, yes you are inundated with ads.

It's how this site, and most sites for that matter, stay up and running. It's how Google got so big.

As others have mentioned, it's easy to block 'em.

Like most every post said...get an ad blocker. I have several and I've never seen a pop up here at all. Case closed.

Default It’s not an ad blocker issue dude

it happens on the phone not computer. And they aren’t ads. When I am browsing on my phone reading threads all of a sudden the webpage jumps to a thing that says your iPhone has been attacked or whatever. Kinda snotty chicken chain just to tell me to get an ad blocker like I’m stupid and close the thread. Your site is infected. My computer has up to date security software. But again I didn’t get the chance to reply that this is happening on my phone not computer.

see picture. When I am scrolling through the site the webpage automatically jumps to another page. The picture is an example, there are several pages it jumps to that say different things. It’s a phishing scam on the site.

Chicken on a chain tells it like it is, because your having issues don't make him snotty.

How can he tell it like it is when he doesn’t know what it is. Snotty because he just chalked up to me being stupid. Then closed the thread because I guess it’s not important? Why would I spend my time posting if it wasn’t important to me. I would think it would be of concern if users are having problems viewing the site. Wideglide comes to the defense...

I had the exact same issue popping up on my screen I went to the App Store on my phone and downloaded the free version of ad block and I haven’t seen that pop up since.
