Yeah. So far it's happening 70% of the time when using a phone browser and 0% when using GarageTalk.

 

This hijacked my browser three times reading these 8 pages. Only happens on HD Forums. FIX THIS!

It's a paid for pop up ad. It probably directs you to a page which offers a "service" for a fee. There's nothing to "fix". Do ad blockers work? I use garage talk and don't get it on my phone

 

There is an infection of some sort on hd forums server that causes the browser to irretrievably divert to an ad or a virus message. If I delete browser data then get back in I'm good for few minutes and it returns. It's the only sight that does this to me so denying it is ignorant at best. PLEASE fix this webmaster!!!!!

Haven't had that problem.......yet.

 

It’s been on going for at least 6 months. There have been many post to fix this issue.

 

This thread will be moved shortly to the 'Forum Issues' section. Once it hits there, you will discover that this is not a new problem. You will also learn that the forum management does not consider this to be their problem, and they will also suggest that you get an ad blocker. This is their prerogative. There are some other issues that are vexing forum users, when you look around that section.
