Forum and Thread links mismatched (preview pop up too)

Forum and Thread links mismatched (preview pop up too)
Let me see if I can explain this.
Currently the top thread in the softail forum (after the sticky) is:
“SE Street Cannons”
and the second thread is:
“Meet Olive - She can be so Negative”
If I hover over “Meet Olive - She can be so Negative” I get the preview
which is actually the last sticky thread “All Softail members please read.” the link displayed at the bottom of the page is “https://www.hdforums.com/forum/softa...ase-read.html”
Similarly when I navigated over here to post this clicking on the link for “Forum Issues” actually took me to “Motorcycle Insurance Discussion”.
This is not consistent and when it occurs sometimes scrolling the page or refreshing the page will fix it. It has been going on a while on and off and only seems to happen here. (I have not noticed this behavior on any other forums).
