I tried uploading a photo of the screen but it won’t load. There’s a bar near the top with options, right above where the forum post start.

I'm having a problem with the site not rocognizing my email

I'm having a similar problem trying to change my password. I downloaded the Harley Davidson Forum's app and tried to log in and it says that it doesn't recognize my email. It's the same email I joined with and the same email that I get notifications in when someone comments on my posts. I'm totally confused on this issue. FRUSTRATING.
