I've tried clearing cache, cookies and website data, changed password through computer and can still log on through it but not with the iPad or iPhone. I've always used my iPad up until last week when this started. If I try to change my password through my iPad, it goes through all the selections but fails to login once it finishes. Any ideas?

 

Did you upgrade the iPad software recently? If not, go ahead and upgrade then upgrade all of your apps. This should fix your issue.

 

Actually, there was a new firmware version that installed a week or so ago and that's about the time the problem started. Maybe it's Apple's new version that created the problem??

 

Not sure so I cranked up my iPad. All updates done and here I am logged in.
