New member can't send p.m. about classified item

Is there a certain number of posts I have to have in order to send private messages? I'm a new guy :-)

As stated in the HD Forums rules (you did read them, right? It saves a lot of questions when you do), you need to have 5 posts and 5 days before you can PM.
