Sig picture doesn't show - HELP!

I thought I followed the instructions exactly, but apparently not. I need help to find out why the url shows, but no picture.

The URL is for photo bucket.

You need to have the URL for the individual picture you want to post.

Go to that picture in your photobucket account and select the URL from the window below the picture and paste it in between the [IMG] [/IMG] comand prompts.
