A friend can't log in.
 

A friend of mine is having trouble logging into the forum.

He created an account called Das Boot and cannot log in. He has tried the password reset button and doesn't get a reply to his inbox. He decided to try and create a new account but it states that his email already has an account associated with it. He also claims to have emailed an administrator with his dilemma but again didn't get a response to his inbox. Is there anything else he should try?

His heart's set on using his email account and log in that he created.
